Communication was the biggest problem for me. There’s no real reception, just virtual support. I tried calling and messaging through Expedia but got no response. Only later did I learn they could only be reached on WhatsApp, and that wasn’t clearly explained. Even there, they weren’t much help. They couldn’t find my reservation using my name, reservation preference, or apartment number, and mostly sent apologies without fixing anything. I only wanted a simple day use or to switch to another apartment without waiting, which seemed impossible despite plenty of availability. The flat itself was clean, nice, and modern, so I’d had high hopes for this apart-hotel. But it was warm inside and there was no air conditioning. The fan they provided barely helped and made a lot of noise, so sleeping was difficult. The neighborhood was noisy too. With the poor communication and uncomfortable nights, the experience was frustrating.

The room on the 22nd floor was spacious, nice, and good value. My neighbor played music loudly until 4am every night. Luckily I had earplugs and a white noise machine.

The apartment was large and had a cozy interior, but it was a total waste of money. We were put in room 2210, which was in terrible shape: holes in the wall, a broken shower, and towels that smelled of bleach. It felt like a sauna inside. There were no windows, and the cooling device couldn’t make it bearable. Service was awful. They took forever to reply and were aggressive and uncaring. The pool was full of dirt and had an enormous layer of bacteria. Do not stay here.

The apartment was roomy and nicely decorated, and being on the 21st floor meant we didn’t have noise trouble. But once the western sun hit, the place became a steam room. The windows don’t open, and the portable AC couldn’t bring the temperature down. It climbed above 90 degrees. Support was slow to reply and no help, so we cut our losses and left as soon as we could. A really disappointing stay.
