MARCUS N.
The quiet hillside setting was a welcome break from Cabo’s busy tourist pace, and the sunsets are spectacular. It’s a community of around 30 large, upscale condos, some privately owned, some rented long term, and a few available as AB&B. There’s underground parking and a guard at the gate, plus a large shared pool with restrooms and a shower. The marina is about a 7-minute drive away and downtown is around 10 minutes by car. Walking down the hill takes about 15-20 minutes, but the climb back can be tough, especially after a long day. There’s no public bus through the area, though an Uber downtown costs about $80 pesos ($5usd).
