I was charged after making a reservation that the hotel didn’t honor, and they also put a hold on my card. Reception was extremely unfriendly and acted as though they didn’t understand what had happened. This was a terrible experience. I expect a prompt reply explaining the double charge.

The room was dirty, and reception service was poor. The actual rooms also look different from the photos shown on sites such as Booking.com.

The cost is too high for the condition of the place. The internet is terrible, the bathroom is in bad shape, and the parking lot is small. The prices just don’t match what you get.
