The pools were stunning, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting around was easy, too, since the golf carts came almost right away whenever we asked. Our suite was huge, with a beautiful terrace and a fantastic view. The Park Hyatt felt peaceful and intimate, like a hidden gem, especially compared with busier resorts such as the Waldorf Astoria. It’s a stunning new property with a real sense of privacy. The welcome amenity and generous suite upgrade were lovely touches, and the service made us feel very well looked after. We left with unforgettable memories. I’d recommend it for a calm, high-end escape before more people discover it.

We used points for our stay and don't regret it. If I were paying cash, though, I'd have picked the Four Seasons. The grounds were nearly empty while we were there, which made sense given how new the property is. I liked having several different pool areas to choose from. Service was a bit slow in general, but the people we met were genuinely lovely. I can see how a new hotel that's still getting fully staffed and finding its rhythm might have some delays. I'd read lots of reviews beforehand saying the place was incredible and the service amazing, so I arrived with high expectations. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, but I didn't find anything that set them apart from other luxury properties I've stayed at. It feels luxurious, but its ultra-luxury marketing gets ahead of where it is right now. A couple of things left a bad impression. At check-in, the woman helping us was very nice, but didn't seem to know about the reservations and activities we'd already arranged directly with the concierge. She asked whether my husband needed a tee time even though we'd booked one. At a hotel presenting itself this way, I expected the person checking us in to go over our plans. It felt like a real disconnect. I'd also tried to book a spa appointment for the morning my husband was golfing, but there was nothing available. I asked her to have the concierge call me to see if they could fit me in. She confirmed my number and said she would, but nobody ever called. I don't know whether she or the concierge dropped the ball, but that's disappointing for a luxury property. There was a tech company's president's club on site during our visit. That's normal at a resort, but it felt like that group came first, and the rest of us got secondhand treatment. Nothing about the trip was outright bad, and the property has the foundations to become wonderful with more time. For now, it hasn't lived up to the ultra-luxury pitch. If you're using points, I think it's a great choice. If you're paying cash and want to stay around Cabo del Sol, I'd choose the Four Seasons.

We spent a lot of time wandering around the resort and loved seeing the pools and succulent gardens whenever we stepped outside. The design is distinctive and beautiful, and there were plenty of things for our family to do, from swimming and table tennis to the gym and ball games. Cabo San Lucas is close enough for occasional outings, too. The staff were warm and friendly, always saying hello and ready to help. Food costs quite a bit, but the Globalist breakfast is excellent value. We had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this property.

The public areas and our room were spotless, and the views were perfect. We were upgraded to a three-bedroom residence villa with a huge private pool, which was such a treat. Michelle was our hotel butler, and the service from her and the team was exceptional. It's a very kid-friendly hotel, and I'm definitely bringing my baby back next vacation. I just wish there were more places to eat on the property. Right now there are only one and a half restaurants, since one is under construction.

We especially loved the adults-only beach club, with its ocean views and heated sauna pool. It was such a relaxing spot. Whenever we reached the pool or beach, staff promptly set up our loungers and umbrellas and brought over iced water. The golf carts and shuttles also came quickly and made it easy to get around the property. We had a wonderful stay at the newly built Park Hyatt Los Cabos in May 2026. Service was consistently outstanding throughout the resort.
