Perfect location - Puerta Cabo Village 500 steps to the beach & resorts

Carlos at the gatehouse made a big difference for us. He was always smiling, wishing us well, and going out of his way to help. The gatehouse is staffed around the clock, and everyone was friendly. We’ve already booked another winter stay because of the service. The spacious rooms and secure two-building complex suited us well, just two blocks from the beach. Common areas were cleaned regularly. There are two heated pools, though they felt on the chilly, refreshing side.

I was traveling for the first time, and felt very safe here. My Airbnb host was lovely, and the security guard was polite and friendly, even getting me discounts on some tours. The pools were well maintained. The property is within walking distance of the beach and downtown, and SJD airport is about 30 minutes away.

There were five of us, but the apartment still had plenty of room and was very nice. The beach is a short distance away. We could cook whatever we wanted in the well-equipped kitchen, and there’s a grill on the patio too.

We stayed in a penthouse, and wow, the ocean view and beautiful furnishings made it a wonderful place. The workers at the gated entrance were kind, and we felt good about security. It’s an easy walk to the beach, so we didn’t have to deal with parking. There are a few good restaurants about 10 minutes away on foot, and the tourist strip took around 25 minutes to walk to, which was manageable. I’d highly recommend staying here. My friend’s friend owns a condo here, though I think you can also book through Airbnb.
