The rooms are small and expensive, and we weren't happy with the staff. They kept asking for tips, even in situations where it made no sense, and were rude when they didn't get one. At breakfast, for example, someone asked for a tip while I was eating, then took my unfinished plate away when I didn't tip. We didn't feel welcome and definitely won't return.

The hotel itself met our expectations, but breakfast service fell short. The staff seemed stressed and impatient, and the breakfast choices weren't presented well. It's perhaps understandable in the current context, but it was still a concern that the breakfast staff didn't speak English.

Everything was fine until I went to shower in the morning and found there was no hot water. Cold showers are cool, I guess. We got hot water after breakfast, which was good.

We enjoyed our two-room suite with a balcony for two nights. The beds were good, the couch was comfortable, and there were two air conditioners. Breakfast was well cooked too.
