I was especially impressed by the service. Mariana, who worked reception most of the time, was extremely kind and helpful. She found me a city map, suggested places to visit, replenished the tea, and arranged a room safe when I asked. The other employees were friendly and efficient, too. My room was far enough from reception that noise wasn’t an issue. It’s an attractive, small colonial-style hotel, and all the areas looked very nice. I stayed several nights in January. My single room was a bit small but pleasant, with everything I needed: bedside tables, a desk and chair, closet, TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Everything was in very nice condition, and the bathroom was pretty. There’s a little seating area by reception and a rooftop lounge, plus coffee, tea, and purified water. The hotel is close enough to walk to the center and the ocean, or in the other direction to the large market area. A great place to stay, and the price was great too. I paid more for worse hotels on the same trip.

The staff were great and helped us sort out a booking we’d accidentally made for the wrong month. We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is bright and colourful, the rooms were clean and really nice, and it’s right in the city centre.

The staff were so kind and even helped us print the COVID documents we needed to return to the United States. The rooms are spacious and the A/C stays cold, which was a big help in the hot, humid weather. For the location, it was a huge deal, just steps from the popular restaurants on Calle 59. Highly recommend it.

We were in Campeche on a family holiday, and the hotel worked out really well for us. It's in the historic centre, and the reception service was excellent.

The room was roomy and clean, with hot water and a hairdryer. I only stayed one night, so not having a window wasn't a big deal. My room was right beside reception, though, and a bit noisy. It's a nice hotel on a lovely street in the colonial area. The rate was surprisingly higher at the hotel than on booking.com, and it cost the same for one or two people. Travelling alone, I always lose out!!
