It was easy to check in late at night since they’re open 24 hours, and the hotel is in good condition, as was our room. The location is nice, just a short walk from the old center. The hotel’s name is only on the doors, so finding it can be tricky. WiFi barely reached our first-floor room, and I think there may be only one router on that floor. The bathroom had no toilet seat or shower curtain, so everything stayed wet and damp all day. The hot water only lasted two minutes. The air conditioning worked great, but we found a cockroach on the wall when we came back.

The sink had a bad smell, and there was no TV signal. Water was out for a long time, and when it came back there was no hot water in the bathroom. The parking area was full of cement because of construction workers, and room cleaning wasn’t offered unless you went to ask for it yourself. The internet reception was poor too, and the service overall was terrible. There are several things the hotel needs to improve. I hope they take this feedback into account so guests can feel comfortable and enjoy their trip.
