The staff are friendly, and it's a great place, but the rooms get freezing cold. There's no way to warm them up.

We found the room a little tight, though it was clean and had a nice balcony. The whole hotel was spotless and had a lovely local, authentic feel. Parking was included, the location was great, and everyone gave amazing service. We'd definitely come back if we visit San Cristobal again.

We were really pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood near the center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty to choose from and great service. The room was lovely and quiet, and the building itself is beautiful, with painted details throughout and amazing architecture.

The room was on the small side, though we picked it ourselves. We enjoyed the hotel, and it’s only about three blocks from the city center, with great prices. They’ve added onto it over the years, and it’s turned into a great place to stay. We’d absolutely recommend it for its proximity to San Cris.

I liked the central location on a quieter street, and our balcony faced the church and got sun for most of the day. Everything was very clean, and the room seemed fairly new. The bed was hard and uncomfortable for me, though. The reception staff weren’t especially helpful when we asked for information or support. When we needed to make an international call to block our credit card, they simply told us to go to oxxio, with no empathy.
