In low season the price is reasonable. The facilities are nice, there's a kids' area, and the breakfast was delicious and well priced. Great hotel.

Everything was clean and nice, and the staff were really kind and ready to help with whatever you needed. Great service, no problems at all.

The private spa was the highlight for us: our stay included 45 minutes with the jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves, and we liked it enough to book another session the next night for a fair price. The Wi-Fi was fast, the rooms felt modern and comfortable, and the bed and big TV were great. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Villa Murano in San Cristóbal was just right. The staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible, and the room and facilities were great. The location worked fine for us.

I wouldn't recommend the food. The Wi-Fi was also a problem: in my room the signal showed only two bars, and I had to go outside for a better connection. I ended up using all my mobile data during the stay. Hotel Wi-Fi shouldn't be this much of an issue.
