The hotel was nice and in a great spot for restaurants, shopping, and exploring. Having parking nearby was useful in that area, and the lot was a decent size, though it could be hard to find a space. It’s behind the hotel through a passageway. Google's directions should get you there, but it wasn’t obvious to us. We only figured out where it was after circling the block a couple of times and asking at the front desk. I liked the hotel and location, but the bed was tiny and hard. It technically fit two adults, though barely, and there seemed to be enough room for a bigger one.

The Wi-Fi was poor enough to be frustrating if you depend on staying connected. The location was excellent and close to everything, and staff stayed attentive throughout. Check-in went smoothly, and the friendly staff made a good impression. The room was a little dated but very clean, with a firm bed that was adequate. For the price and location, it was good value. I’d think about coming back if the Wi-Fi gets better.

We had a huge, comfortable room with a small balcony to step out onto. Little parades went by below, which was a lot of fun. The lobby was spacious and festive for the holidays, and the restaurant was also very large, good for groups. Breakfast from the menu was delicious.

The restaurant was a good sign, often busy with local people, especially on weekends. We ate breakfast and dinner there several times and were always pleased with the food and service. One tip: if breakfast is being served as a buffet, go somewhere else because it gets very busy. We spent a week here and really enjoyed it. Our room was bright, clean, and spacious, and the many staff members all seemed friendly and helpful.

Parking was inconvenient for us. The lot is small and usually full, so we had to leave the car in another lot and walk back. The location is very good, right next to Campeche city's old town.
