Condominios Salvia Cancun

We were very disappointed and ended up moving to a hotel with much better service and cleanliness. The whole building was dirty, especially around the pool, and we felt judged and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The listing said the payment was refundable, but we still haven't gotten our money back. Now they're ignoring our WhatsApp messages. The entire experience fell far short of what we expected.

I hardly spent time indoors during my four-day stay in the first week of April. The hotel is right in the party center, and one of Cancun's best beaches is just behind it. The beach was incredibly beautiful and calm, with no seaweed. I actually liked hearing the music from the Coco bongo beach party next door.

I left early because I couldn't stay there for more than an hour. Check-in was very late, the customer service was horrible, and security felt terrifyingly inadequate. Everything was disgusting, and there were bedbugs in the bed. They didn't care about anyone. The worst experience ever. Don't stay here, trust me.

The location is close to the tourist area, but that was the only good part of our stay at Salvia. The place was dirty and really unpleasant, the pool was disgusting, and the service was horrible. They wouldn't give us more than the allowed number of towels, and wouldn't let us bring in the snacks we'd bought. They treated me and my friends terribly. We had to leave, and they refused to offer any refund or discount. I don't recommend staying here.
