The location is great, and you can easily walk to Centro. I was grateful for the pool, though it wasn’t cleaned properly during our stay. The staff were okay but not especially helpful, and we had to request room cleaning instead of it being done automatically. It also got quite noisy at night, with staff partying alongside other hotel guests. If you’re not used to the hours people socialize in Mexico, this might not be the place for you.

The AC worked fine, and the woman at reception was really kind and helpful. But the walls had fungi, and the place was pretty filthy. The hotel needs renovating.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but the huge garden more than made up for that. It’s amazing, there’s a pool, and the staff are really nice.
