The reception staff member who saw us off was nice and spoke English, though the other staff spoke very little English, which is common in Mexico. We asked for coffee because we were leaving early and got instant coffee with lukewarm water. I think we were in room 7. It was very musty, and with my asthma, sleeping there was really uncomfortable. There were no windows to the outside, so we opened one onto the landing, but that didn’t help much. I would’ve rated the stay higher if the musty room hadn’t been an issue.
