AVA Resort Cancun - All Inclusive

The poolside art classes at 2pm every day were a lovely way to get out of the sun and make a souvenir. Samantha, who is truly an ANGEL, made the stay especially memorable for me and my kids. We also loved Tony, Issac, and Alex, and the whole entertainment team was amazing. The nightly shows were fun for the whole family, especially the magician and LED show. Ava Cancun feels like its own little city, close to the airport but set apart from the world. We stayed a week and loved it. The food was great, the service impeccable, and the servers were kind, helpful, and attentive, especially by the pool. I don't know everyone's names, but huge shout-out to the team. If you're looking for a Cancun hotel, Ava is IT. You won't regret it.

The kids had plenty to do safely, from the kids pool and Ava kids to bowling, and every restaurant had a kids menu. That's why I picked this resort, and it worked out so well. I booked online and pre-checked in through the app, then used it to make dinner reservations each night without any trouble. The place is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with open views from our room. The design, food, and entertainment all seemed thoughtfully planned. Staff across the pools, cafes, and restaurants did a great job. In the mornings we could watch the seaweed being cleared, and the beaches were very clean while we were there. The food was really good. I'd happily recommend it and come back, and hope the quality of the resort and service keeps improving.

Rosa Del Carmen at the spa was so kind. Her 80min massage and 80min facial were incredibly relaxing, and I'd recommend her services if you visit the spa. We also had a great meal with an awesome atmosphere. Javier was attentive and wonderful, and everything we ordered was amazing. Since I'm lactose intolerant, he suggested several dishes for me to try.

The resort is spotless, modern, and beautifully kept, and our clean, stylish room was comfortable for unwinding after busy family days. What really stood out was the service. Our butlers, Hector and Damian, were kind and attentive every day, making sure we had what we needed. Leonardo at the Legendary Pool also took wonderful care of us. The food throughout the resort was fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality, with service somehow even better. We just got back from a fantastic family trip to AVA Resort Cancun, and it gave us such a lovely mix of luxury, comfort, and warmth. We made great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend it for families looking for a beautiful getaway, great food, and outstanding service.
