The property is spotless and well cared for, including the halls and a nicely presented bathroom. Juan is kind and made me feel very welcome. I was unsure about the route and roads since it's outside the hotel zone, but the property felt very safe and the area caused me no trouble. Having a Cenote on site is a plus. I'd plan to stay here every time I visit Cancun.

There’s a shared kitchen area with a fridge and tables, plus parking inside. The hotel itself is nice, with a pool, cenote, and pedicure area. Rooms are basic but very clean. Its position is handy for both Cancun airport and the hotelera zone. Finding the place and checking in can be tricky, especially in the evening.

This was our second visit, and the owners are absolutely perfect. We travel a lot, and this has been one of our most comfortable stays. If you're an early riser, there's a coffee bar on site, and plenty of outdoor space to relax. We'll definitely stay here in Cancun again. Susan and Remko

Juan Carlos made everything easy for our family of five, from helping us order dinner delivery when we arrived to arranging a taxi for our early flight. He helped us settle in and relax before the long trip home. The kids especially loved the little cenote with its exfoliating fish. They said it was the highlight of our whole Yucatán trip, even though we did lots of other cool things. The pool, beds, and shower were all top notch too. A delightful, comfy spot near the airport for a night or longer. We'll definitely be back.
