We loved the calm beach at Beachscape Kin Ha. You can walk right into the water and float for ages. Our two-bedroom room with a living room worked well for the four of us, and it was clean, spacious, and as expected. The staff were wonderful and so much fun. We usually stay at our timeshare in the Riviera Maya, but wanted a different sort of vacation this time. We had a great stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel, choosing to walk into town or elsewhere for a change of scene and some exercise. We found lots of really good taco places in town. Great hotel, highly recommend it!

It’s an older hotel, but honestly everything was perfect. I’d pay extra for a pool-facing room, they’re absolutely worth it. The beach bar makes great cocktails, though they’re kind of overpriced, like everywhere in Cancun. There are two convenience stores about a five-minute walk away.

After leaving a super noisy hotel in the hotel zone, we had a great stay here. It’s beautiful, quieter, and family friendly, with welcoming staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast is delicious, and nearby restaurants are both cheap and tasty. You really get your money’s worth, with everything here. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax on the beach or by the pool in a nice, peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms can vary depending on what you need, but the service is always a constant. We’ve been bringing the family to Kin Ha for five years and love it, especially one of Cancun’s best beaches. Our favorite waiter, Juan, is so kind and attentive. He makes our beach time relaxing and enjoyable, and we look forward to seeing him every year.

The beachfront setting is pure magic. Step outside and the sea and beach are right there, with lovely swimming, relaxing, and views. The villa is spotless, beautifully arranged, and perfectly maintained. Inside, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too. Everything was just wow. Highly, highly recommend!
