Club GR Solaris - Premier All Inclusive

We came to celebrate and spend time together, but ended up dealing with too many logistics, conflicting information, and avoidable stress. Traveling with a large group is already complicated, and this resort made it significantly harder. If you're a couple or small group, you might have a decent stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a big family or group hoping to spend time together, especially at meals. We could never dine as all 15 of us during the stay. Restaurants were the biggest problem. Their reservation system only allowed small parties tied to individual room numbers. Staff told us to split the bookings across rooms and mention in the comments that we were one group of 15. We followed that advice, but at Zai, they said we couldn't do it. It was 9:30pm, and although the restaurant was nearly empty, they refused to seat us together. We were sent back and forth and got conflicting answers from different staff, which led to arguments and stress. The restaurant food was underwhelming, and service wasn't ready for large parties. The buffet was more accommodating and honestly had better food. We had planned five months ahead and made specific requests for king beds, a crib, and rooms close to each other. None were honored. Check-in took 45 minutes, we got no king room or crib, and our rooms were spread across different floors. If you count on your requests being respected, don't. Our room seemed decent at first, but the balcony sliding door wouldn't lock, which was a major safety concern. We also found dirty boxer underwear tucked between the extra pillows. When we reported it, staff showed little urgency and never apologized. We asked for a new room nearer to family, but had to leave ours before 11am, while the replacement wasn't ready until 2pm. With two kids and luggage, we were left waiting for hours. It was extremely inconvenient and poorly handled. To be fair, some staff members were genuinely kind and friendly. The activities team did a great job with daily pool activities, the kids loved the pool, and the foam party was a highlight for everyone. The pool area and entertainment team were easily the best part. But that couldn't make up for the poor organization, lack of accountability, and inability to handle groups at a resort that markets itself as family-friendly.

The people here really made our stay. Staff were hard-working, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They kept offering food and drinks and made sure we felt looked after. The resort sits right on the beach, with lovely views, clean surroundings, and well-maintained facilities that were easy to get around. We enjoyed the food, especially the vegetarian options, and the drinks were well prepared. The restaurants, bars, pools, and common areas all seemed efficiently managed. Ms. Paulina at reception was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She made check-in and everything else smooth for us. We had a relaxing stay and would highly recommend GR Solaris Cancun to anyone looking for a stress-free all-inclusive vacation.

The nightly shows and entertainment were fun and family friendly, and the staff were welcoming and hardworking. We spent six nights at GR Solaris Cancun with my family and had a great time (8352). The resort was clean and well maintained, the drinks were good, and daily fresh oven pizza, burgers, hotdogs, and deli were on offer. We also got three dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants in addition to the daily buffet, which was a nice bonus. I'd recommend it to families looking for a good all-inclusive stay in Cancun.

We had an ocean-view room that was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The spa was incredible, especially the beachside massage my wife and I enjoyed. It was relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to help from beginning to end. Food was good overall, though it got a little repetitive after a few days. Don Gus was our favorite restaurant, absolutely delicious, and we also loved the food at Zái. Marco Polo had a nice atmosphere, though I personally wasn't a big fan of the food there. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, but that may have been because of the season. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend GR Solaris for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation.
