Brisas Condo Hotels

The location made getting around really easy, with an OXXO and GoMart only a short walk away and safe buses to the Hotel Zone coming every 3-4 minutes. We loved the condo itself too. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had an amazing sea view. The yard has pools and palapas, plus a handy little market and restaurant right there. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and professional. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back.

There’s a bus stop right outside the gate, and the beach is easy to reach on foot. The grounds were clean, and laundry service was available on site for a reasonable price. It’s in a quieter stretch of the Hotel Zone, with separate pools for adults and kids and lots of shaded loungers.

The location is the one thing this place has going for it. Our room was disgusting: stained sheets, ants climbing the walls, and food smeared over the kitchen surfaces, including the cabinets, fridge, chairs, table, and oven. Some of the furniture was rotting too. At the lobby, we raised all of this and were told it was one of their best rooms and had been cleaned that morning. We paid about $400 CAD a night, though we stayed over Christmas, so I know the rates may have been higher than usual. Still, charging more than $20 a night for a room in that condition feels criminal. We left after one night because we couldn’t enjoy ourselves there.

Nikki showed us around our little apartment and shared useful tips on where to eat and shop. It was just right for my husband and me for our week there. The host was great too, checking in by message to make sure everything was going well.
