Cancún Vacation Club at Fiesta Americana

The service really stood out, whether we were in the lobby, at the restaurant, or elsewhere around the property. Room service took about an hour, but the food was delicious, as it usually was at the on-site restaurant. We had a clean, spacious room with a living room, full kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, and two balconies. It's an older place and the water pressure could be better, but otherwise no complaints. Housekeeping came promptly every day. The views were beautiful, and it stayed quiet and peaceful at all hours. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Cancun's Hotel Zone.

The beach was beautiful, and having a lifeguard on duty helped me feel safe and relaxed. Henry was on duty during my stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made my time at the Cancun hotel even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful visit and would happily come back.

The service was frustrating. It seemed like staff were only willing to help members, and most activities and perks appeared to be for members too, leaving regular guests with few options. The property itself has a lovely pool area, easy beach access, and beautiful ocean views, which were highlights for me. Still, I wouldn't recommend it to first-time visitors because the restrictions and service took away from the stay.

My room had an outstanding view, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade during my vacation. The restaurant brought out a lovely surprise dessert too. Everything from start to finish felt special and memorable. If I get the chance to visit Cancún again, I'd absolutely stay here.
