Both of our rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Each had a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, full-sized fridge, and blender. There was a small gym indoors, and although we didn’t get to look outside, we were told there was a large pool and outdoor area. The hotel itself was breathtaking, and kind staff welcomed us along with two very nice dogs. They didn’t speak much English but made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The only downside is that it’s off the main road. If you rent a car, this would make for a perfect getaway.

The pool area is well cared for, and there’s secure parking inside the property, which was handy. We also made good use of the kitchenette, which had just enough utensils and everything was in great shape. The bed was very comfortable, too. It’s a lovely, relaxed, clean place. The staff don’t speak English, but they’re friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from the main road, the only real drawback if you don’t have a car. We had a perfect stay and would 100% come back. 😊

Once you find Casona, it feels like your own tucked-away escape, though getting there is a bit tricky and having a car would help. The property is beautifully done, with a luxurious feel, and the hosts were great. It exceeded my expectations.

I booked here as a tourist, then cancelled after finding a hotel closer to the airport because I didn't know the area. I never set foot on this property, yet they still charged my card $140, so I wound up paying for two hotels. I felt taken advantage of and think this place is a rip-off. For a Cancun trip, I recommend the SEA VIEW OCEAN FRONT HOTEL IN CANCUN PLAZA.
