The staff were impeccable, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and special. Ricardo, the bartender in the lobby, deserves a special mention. He was kind and professional, and made delicious drinks. The resort was very clean and luxurious. I can't even explain how amazing it was. I'd definitely return.

Rubi and Francisco from the vibe team made the margarita and ceviche class one of the highlights of our trip. It was fun, interactive, and welcoming, and they taught us a lot. Their energy added so much to the resort's atmosphere. We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday, and Daniel, the mixologist at the TAJ restaurant, came to our table and made it feel special. His energy, attention to detail, and incredible drinks showed that he really cares about creating an experience, not just serving dinner. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel celebrated, relaxed, and included. We'll remember this trip long after it's over.

The resort is immaculate, the food is delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's spacious and well maintained, with plenty of amenities, restaurants, activities, bars, pools, and beaches for a spectacular holiday. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

I spent most of my time at the DC pool, where Tana provided the best service. Rubi from the vibe team made all the activities fun. My butlers, Carlos and Ulises, accommodated everything I asked for and sorted out the mosquito problem in my room. The only thing I was unhappy about was a man at the concierge desk. My mum uses a walking stick, so I had her sit in the lobby while I waited for our tour guide. He told me she had to be there too, making her stand and wait. He spoke rudely to me, then gave his coworkers a smug look, as if pleased he'd made us wait. I won't name him, but he spoiled what was otherwise a wonderful stay.
