The staff were nice, but that didn't make up for the awful internet and lack of hot water. The gym equipment is useless, and the hot tub was dirty, cold, and didn't work. The ceiling looks like it's made from bedsheets, and some of it is falling down.

This worked perfectly for me because I only use a room to shower and sleep, and like to explore. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the employees friendly and helpful. It isn't a resort, so it's not the place if you want to lounge around at a hotel. I saw the reviews saying the hot water didn't work, but I never had a problem with it.

We'd stayed here before and had a decent experience, and my friend and I can overlook a few small problems. This time, though, our room flooded and we were moved to one with no lock. We heard banging on the glass by the door, then someone jiggle the knob. We felt unsafe, but the front desk said he couldn't move us again. There were red stains on several blankets and towels. When we asked for clean blankets, they said they had none. The bathrooms also had no toilet paper, and the front desk told us they were out of that too. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

We were glad to check out. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well, but the rest of the place was horrible. It feels like a gutted old mall, with entrances from the street that let anyone walk in and linger outside the rooms. The decor looks like old fashion magazine pages from the 80s and 90s. Our fridge wouldn't close and looked like it was from the 80s. The TV was stuck in store demo mode; we spent two hours trying to fix it, and maintenance had no idea. We stayed two nights and mostly took cold showers. We got one hot shower after complaining, then learned you have to turn on the sink, shower, and tub taps to hot and wait 5-10 min for the water to warm up. There's a hot tub by the pool tables outside our room, but it was dirty, oily, and only 3/4 full. The place shouldn't be a hotel. It feels ewwww every time you walk in. Don't trust the pictures on their sites.
