For one night between flights, this worked perfectly, though I wouldn’t choose it for a Cancun tour. We needed beds for five, and to my surprise they had a room with three queen beds for $63. Two rooms in town would have cost me $400. Staff were relaxed, friendly and helpful, and pointed me toward a place to exchange money and get an inexpensive bite within walking distance.

Please don’t book or stay here. Our local driver from USA transport wouldn’t drop us off at first, and eventually found the actual building. We got no refund, and our calls went unanswered.

We came away with bed bugs. This place is almost comically disgusting.

Absolutely awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; you'd be better off sleeping on the street.

We arrived to find the hotel closed, so we had to stay somewhere else. Don’t go!
