From the moment I arrived, the host greeted me so warmly that the place felt like visiting a relative’s home. I’ll call her “my distant Aunt Rosie.” The cozy atmosphere, inviting rooms, glossy hardwood floors, and banister all added to that feeling. My suite was open and beautiful, with a calming view from the veranda. The decor itself felt like part of the vacation. I also loved that it was pet-friendly, especially with two very obedient dogs around. Aunt Rosie, I salute you and your establishment. This place could make your Cancun stay, and I’d bet on it, if you know what I mean, Auntie. Thanks for showing me around Cancun’s highlights, including the beach and mall, and for the tours of the casinos.

The owner was lovely and happy to help arrange dinner or tours. Breakfast was delicious, the home was comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Excellent in every way!

The breakfast was a great start to the day: generous portions, fresh fruit, and bread rolls with avocado and salsa verde. Rosalyn is another real plus. She gives a warm welcome and great tips for excursions and places to see in and around Cancun. The B&B sits in a peaceful residential part of Cancun, away from the bustle of Zona Hotelera. There’s a large mall nearby with shops and American-style restaurants, and the beaches in Zona Hotelera are about a 15-minute taxi ride away. Taxi fares are low. Rooms are bright, spacious, and very clean, with air conditioning and fans. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here. It’s in a really quiet area, with Plaza América within walking distance and a 7-Eleven just a couple of blocks away.

The room was small but had AC, and the area felt central, peaceful, and safe. Mrs. Mercedes, Sofia, and her family were kind and attentive. Perfect for me, and I’d definitely recommend it.
