At a very good price, this centrally located hotel is especially suited to people coming for shopping tourism. I recommend it.

My main concern was the lack of private parking. Cars are left on the street, which carries some risks. The hotel is small and cozy in downtown Cancun, with spacious rooms, excellent staff service, and a small pool for relaxing. It's clean, comfortable, and the service is guaranteed.

The manager is very helpful, and restaurants and shops are easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hostel is comfortable. There are a few minor maintenance issues, but the rooms are still very comfortable.

It's a quiet, safe place, with beautiful, clean rooms and very good food service. The service was excellent. ⭐

The location is great, but I'd go somewhere else. Neli is a terrible host. When I call to make a reservation, she only answers when she feels like it and doesn't respond otherwise. It's a shame the owner still has her there.
