Indigo Cancun Hostel

Unfortunate experience. The camping service was advertised, but when I reached the hostel there was nobody working there. Some girls who were staying there helped me get a staff member’s number. The staff member said management had listed the wrong price, and that bad weather meant the tent wasn’t available. My choices were to pay extra for another space or take one of the wet tents, without a mattress, as she explained. I refused and was upset by how I was treated. Asking to speak with the owner made things worse. The owner was hostile, arrogant, and greedy, and I ran out of patience. It was already dark after I’d been driving all afternoon, so I had to find somewhere else quickly.
