There are activities for the whole family, from a children's place with activities to paddle boarding and kayaking. The property also has several restaurants with different cuisines, shops, gorgeous views, and lovely landscaping. During a company event, I found the resort incredibly relaxing. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from welcoming us on arrival to morning maid service and evening bed turn-downs. Drivers happily took us back and forth by golf cart, and pool staff made sure we had everything we wanted, with comfortable lounge chairs, fresh towels, frequent check-ins, delicious food, and plenty of drinks. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacation with lots of options, this is the place.

We had a gorgeous beach, kept clear of seaweed by staff throughout the day, and complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkelling. Jet skis cost extra. The kosher food was amazing, and staff were respectful of our needs, pointing out what was and wasn't kosher. The service made it feel like a full five-star stay. Staff greeted us with genuine smiles, opened doors, and offered beach towels and umbrellas. They seemed to care about everyone. Water bottles and ice were unlimited, and room service came twice daily. The go cart rides between the lobby and rooms were incredibly reliable. We never waited more than 60 seconds for a cart. It was a literal paradise and I have no complaints. This was my best resort experience so far, and we look forward to returning very soon.

Room service was the one part of our stay that disappointed me. A cheeseburger, roast beef sandwich, and pizza came to nearly $130 USD, and the food quality didn't match the exceptionally high standard elsewhere at the resort. The prices themselves aren't unusual for a luxury property, but anyone hoping for a casual night in instead of eating at one of the restaurants should be ready for a significant premium. I shared this feedback, and the Executive Chef personally sat down with me to hear more. His openness, professionalism, and sincere interest in improving the offering impressed me. During my nine-night stay, I also raised a few other issues with management. The management team and Executive Chef listened carefully and discussed ways to improve the guest experience. They exceeded my expectations in how professionally and genuinely they handled my concerns. I left feeling heard and appreciated, and I look forward to coming back. The resort itself is truly exceptional, with thoughtful planning and attention to detail, and some of the finest service I've experienced anywhere in Cancun. I left genuinely impressed by the property and the care it shows its guests.

The beach and pools were beautiful, and the resort had a wonderfully relaxing feel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the property itself was gorgeous. Everyone working there was friendly, and the service was amazing. The kosher food was delicious, and water activities were complimentary. Mel and Marco by the water sports were great, patiently teaching us how to do the activities and taking pictures for us. Daniel at the front desk was also so nice and helpful. We had such a good time and can't wait to come back.
