The balcony view is great, and every room has AC. It’s a two-bedroom apartment turned into a hotel, with moderate rates. The bathrooms aren’t very good, though. You have to ask for things like towels, soap, TV, water, a bed cover change, or a good-night repellent. Those services don’t happen automatically.
Really nice views and a great atmosphere. The food and service were both great too!
The food is the one thing that somewhat saves the place. It’s not too bad. The beach, though, is dirty and covered with sargassum. The hotel feels neglected: the elevators don’t work, there’s no hot water, and the doors don’t work either. I hope they improve, but I doubt it since they don’t even seem to address the problem.
The service was excellent across the board. I’d definitely stay here again.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. When I checked out at midday, they made me leave and wouldn’t let me back in until someone called them from Colombia. My flight wasn’t until 9 PM. Even after they let me return, I couldn’t use the facilities. I don’t think they’d go broke letting someone have a drink or use a pool without water, haha. The service was awful, and the beach was unusable and smelled terrible. I’d spend a little more for a good hotel instead.
