Pachamaya Holistic Wellness & Spa - Adults Only

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Dalia and Roy deserve a shout out for being friendly and sharing great recommendations for places to eat and explore. Pachamaya is cozy, calm, and minimalist, with a thoughtful feel. We wanted something different from an all-inclusive Cancun resort, and were happy with our choice. It's usually quiet because there aren't many rooms, and the room setup is clean and well managed. A lot is walkable from here. The ADO airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk, and the hotel zone is a 15-minute drive. Nice cafes, brunch spots, and restaurants are all within about five minutes on foot, so good food is easy to find.

The pool area was perfect for relaxing, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. We also enjoyed the complimentary class and getting to try something new. Dinner options were an easy walk away, we felt safe the whole time, and the location was prime. An Uber to the beach was simple and quite affordable. My wife and I stayed six nights and were pleased with everything. The concierge team was remarkable, with customer service that went way beyond exceptional. The room was nice, though we needed earplugs the first night because of the evening at the pool. We slept fairly well the other nights. The bed was firm, which suited me, but some people may not like one that firm. The shower had incredible pressure, and it was great to have hot water. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing stay at Pachamaya!

Chela and Arellana, the two dogs, completely stole our hearts and added so much warmth to the experience. We loved our five-day stay, and were glad we chose a place that felt different from Cancun's usual all-inclusive resorts. The property is beautifully kept, with clear attention to detail in its design and decor. It has a peaceful, thoughtful atmosphere, exactly what we wanted. We didn't get to join the yoga or Pilates classes, which we regret, since they looked wonderful. Such a lovely, unique option for a calm stay.

We chose Pachamaya for a warm-weather wellness break, and it turned out to be a lovely fit. The grounds feel like a green little oasis in the city, with breakfast and dinner places nearby. Each morning we exercised on the beach and watched the sunrise; in the evenings there was yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and other activities. My sister and I also had a great massage and facial. Fernando, Roy, Dalia, Cristian, and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome. We went home feeling refreshed and healthy, and I’d happily recommend the full Pachamaya experience.
