GO THERE, THEY’RE GOOD. We stayed five days with the family and felt comfortable and safe. The crew and management were great. They handled things for us, even arranging taxis and outside activities safely without payment scams. The lobby staff greeted us warmly and offered a room upgrade depending on availability. Bell staff and security took their jobs seriously. Our room was fine and had a balcony. Some things could use updating, but it was clean and we felt good there. Housekeeping was the one weak spot. They didn’t really clean well, and sometimes didn’t leave enough toilet paper, so we did what we could ourselves. It was a bit nasty, but didn’t ruin the stay. The restaurant teams, whether at the buffet or à la carte, were awesome and polite. They’re the stars of the hotel. Buffet food was great, though it repeated after four days. Pool activity staff kept everyone entertained, and the three pools, while not huge, were enough. Kids had a great time. The sea conditions weren’t good because of the season, but the beach seating and service were really good. The bar crew were so much fun and wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. HAVIER was my favorite and made me really happy. All the bars were good. Just 200 feet outside the hotel there’s a big plaza for shopping and fun. We went to starbuck a lot. We loved the hotel and will come back next season.

We were a very large family at the pool, and bartender Didier looked after all of us so well. Even when it got busy, he stayed friendly, attentive, professional, and cheerful. He made sure we had what we needed, and his hard work and welcoming manner added a lot to our vacation. We really appreciated the excellent service and recommend him.

We were glad our friends and I chose this resort. It’s budget friendly, the buffet has good choices, and every server we met was wonderful. The staff overall were super friendly, which made the stay better. Israe Zapata was welcoming and very nice serving us at the Italian restaurant, and Didier always made our drinks really well at the bar.

We’ve stayed here several times, and the waiters have always given excellent service. Felix was attentive at breakfast, checking that we had enough coffee and anything else we needed. Marcial was kind and polite too, and even gave me 20 pesos for public transport. Thanks to them and the cleaning and serving staff, who were all very kind. There’s a lot of construction going on, with small room issues like a leaking faucet, and the elevator wasn’t working. We tended to overlook those things because the staff were so attentive and nice. Reception was the exception, though. The staff there weren’t kind at all. Please do something to improve that.

The food was delicious, and Danny made our visit to the Italian restaurant a great experience. He was so nice and attentive, making sure we were happy with everything and getting our orders right. He also came over with a coworker to sing happy birthday, and they both sang beautifully. Thank you!
