The room was very spacious, but the toilet and washroom were tiny. The Wi-Fi was weak, there was no hot shower water, and only a little hot water at the tap. Construction made it very noisy. Getting downtown is easy, and with a rental car there are lots of places to park around downtown. If you have a car, I'd recommend staying at a better hotel.

The location worked well, with authentic Mexican restaurants within two blocks, free live shows nearby at Parque Palapas, and the main bus station close by. Look it up on Google Maps. The grounds were well maintained, and the price was cheap, way less than the place was worth. We'd stay again. We had the upper Suit overlooking the pool, a huge suite with a huge private teraza. It had a king size bed, TV, cable, kitchenette, a large shower, and plenty of hot water. There was a live in Maid/receptionest, and the staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. It's a nice older Villa ripe accomodation.

It was a perfect stay for me and my friends. The place is spacious, gets plenty of sun, has a pool, and is clean. Great value for the money, with everything you need nearby and easy to get around on foot.

My favorite place in Cancun. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the manager is friendly and always smiling. The pool is wonderful. I'll definitely come back.
