We had a nice, spacious one-bedroom condo, but there was no hot water for two days while they worked on the plumbing. The location was not too bad. You can walk to most places, and there's a nearby shopping mall, though you'll need to take a bus to the beach.

It's close to a zillion restaurants and a huge mall, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A good clean, inexpensive place for anyone on a budget. My partner wanted me to mention that there's no elevator and we're on the sixth floor. 😄

It's small, very clean, quiet, and nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bars are close, and you can walk to a bus stop for the beaches.

This little hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid, though I stayed eight days, Monday to Monday, and had two big problems: loud music and bad-smelling sheets. The neighboring bars, restaurants, and the Cancun bull ring with its major concert events brought music from 5pm to 4:30 am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sunday through Wednesday were quiet. It wasn't under the hotel's control, but I couldn't sleep. There was construction noise across the street during the day, though that wasn't so bad. The cleaning staff were terrible, and the sheets smelled like bad body odor even after they were changed. I had the queen suite, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, a microwave, coffee machine, and a super large, very cold fridge. The bathroom had a shower with super hot water and a hair dryer. There was a tiny balcony, plus a really large bedroom with a closet, safe, ironing board, and iron. The bed was cozy, the TV had lots of great channels including English ones, and the Wi-Fi was excellent and never failed me. Oscar and David answered all my questions. Oscar was especially helpful: I needed a lap pool, so he called three different places and finally found a gym next door with one, energy gym by Alex Rodriguez, which I absolutely loved. The hotel pool has lounging sun chairs, though I never used it. The entrance has a locked gate and a kind, friendly 24h security guard, and I got to practise my Spanish with him. The area is great, five minutes from plaza las Americas, a huge shopping mall with a gigantic food court, a cinema, a chedraui grocery store, energy gym, and a major bus stop. The hotel is also a quick walk from the bus stop to the hotel zone.
