Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

The bellmen were hilarious and gave great service. Luis and Hebert were especially kind, and I highly recommend them. My husband and I had a great time all around. Three days here is enough, though the activities get a little repetitive.

Vegetarian food was a real letdown: very few options, and the asparagus soup at “She” had rancid sunflower seeds once. Some staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but the service overall didn't have the relaxed, inclusive feel I expect from an all-inclusive. The nightly shows got repetitive, basically the same format with small costume changes. Our room was pretty average, more like a 3-star hotel, especially with a garden view, though housekeeping was consistently good. The property calls itself all-inclusive, but there's a strong tier system across almost everything. A few VIP perks make sense, but here nearly every part of the experience felt divided. Even poolside seating had restricted areas that not all guests could use, which I haven't seen at other resorts. A separate smaller VIP pool would be better than carving up shared spaces so much. There were also frequent pitches for very expensive long-term memberships, up to 25 years, and they felt intrusive. The stay didn't meet my expectations for an all-inclusive resort.

This is definitely a party resort, and it's noisy pretty much everywhere, lol. Still, it's my third visit, and Sultra restaurant is my favorite spot. Christian Reyes, Juan Tee, and Jones are so attentive and remember my drink order. The food is fantastic, and I never needed a reservation. They treated me with respect even when I was alone. The pool and beach volleyball are fun, and dressing up for theme nights is a good time. Security and bar staff are helpful and respectful. Chac-Chi Massage On the Beach was amazing, $45 for an hour. Jet Ski was $65 for 30 minutes, and the same price for para-gliding.

Beto made our night at Sutra. He welcomed us warmly and was professional and attentive without hovering. He knew the menu and suggested some of our favorite dishes. Everything went smoothly, and his positive attitude added a lot to the meal. You can tell he cares about the service he gives. Ask for Beto if you go to Sutra, you'll be in good hands. We'll definitely be back!
