The owner is friendly, and it's a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. For a short stay, it's a perfect property. It has WiFi, a shared kitchen, and very good AC, and it's within walking distance of the centro de ADO bus.

I arrived at night and it was dark, with a dog outside barking the whole time. I sat outside for 30 minutes with no bell or anyone around. I got lucky that I had a local SIM card and could try calling, but nobody picked up. Then he messaged me saying he'd arrive in an hour. That's not good business, especially with a girl there alone. I booked somewhere else. Really, really bad. Don't go there.

It was good all around.

It's near the ADO bus station, and you share the kitchen and bathroom with other tenants. A good fit if you're traveling alone and staying no more than two days.

After a long day out on Cancun tours, it was a clean, relaxing place to come back to. The location is very central and the service was great. If you want something along the lines of an Airbnb, this is a good fit.
