There is valet parking, but the waiting area is in rough shape. It’s uncomfortable, has no amenities, Wi-Fi, or informational materials like you see at other medical practices. And with more than 15 consultation rooms on one floor, there are only 10 chairs.

This is a hotel now, not a hospital. Maps should be updated so people don’t get the wrong idea.

The parking lot is awful, and the valet attendants need to be supervised. They’re often away from their assigned spots or distracted by their phones when you call to have the car brought around. When you do speak to them, they get irritated and start insulting you. On April 3, 2024, we had to search for the attendant from the 6 pm shift and couldn’t find him. When we finally spotted him, he was on his phone and ignored us. He only came over after the car alarm started blaring, then insulted us.

Dr. Verónica Vargas, who specializes in pain management, prescribed me a very strong treatment, but there’s been no follow-up. I’ve been getting infusions for two days and neither she nor her secretary has answered my questions. She gave me another doctor’s number, but is this a scam? Our emails haven’t received a response either.
