Breakfast room service was excellent: fresh orange juice, a filling ham and cheese omelet, coffee, fruit, and delicious pancakes. The apartment was spotless, with high-end furniture, and felt like luxury. We also loved the pool overlooking the water, and the staff gave us outstanding personal service. Totally worth the price! The ocean view was incredible from every room. It was like having a front-row seat to all the water activities below, with windsurfers seeming to head straight toward the dining area. The view really was postcard-worthy.

Paola brought breakfast to our apartment each morning, and we can't wait to return soon. We highly recommend this property. It's in a luxurious building with excellent staff and service. The apartment is beautiful and upscale, with amazing ocean views from every room. The beds are very comfortable, and it has lots of amenities, including free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

The beach here isn't the hotel zone beach we expected. It's brown and you can't swim. We also found the apartment in far worse shape than the pictures suggested. In unit 3B, the toilets didn't work when we arrived Saturday, and the bedroom AC was out. Technicians have spent the last two days trying to fix things, but the AC and toilets still aren't working properly. There are outlets hanging out of the wall, and the hair dryer doesn't work either. Teresa, the owner, hasn't replied to my texts. For two days she has said everything would be fixed and that housekeeping would come, but nobody has shown up to change towels or clean the apartment. Expedia isn't taking responsibility, and we can't get a refund, so we have to stay in these conditions. For the same money, we could have stayed at an all-inclusive hotel. Renting this apartment was a mistake, and the experience has been horrible. I don't understand why Expedia promotes it on its website.
