The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly. If you book ahead, they’re flexible about check-in times.

The staff were attentive and friendly, which is why I’d recommend this hotel to people visiting Cárdenas. It’s very clean and centrally located. Just keep in mind that there’s no parking or restaurant on site. If you choose to stay here, you won’t regret it.

The location is really good, and the place looks spotless and smells great. Unfortunately, my room had lots of ants, and a huge cockroach showed up in the morning. That was disappointing.

Coming back after two years, I honestly don’t think the hotel has improved. If anything, it’s worse. The central location is its only real advantage. My room was very small, especially the bathroom, and aside from the location I wouldn’t call it a very good hotel.
