The location is central, the rooms are a good size, and customer service was great. But the beds were hard and the pillows uncomfortable. There was just one plug in a room for four, the balcony door couldn’t be used, and the Wi-Fi connected without internet. One day we had hot water, the next day we didn’t.

I won’t stay here again. The room was dirty, the bed covered in dust, and the staff were incompetent and insensitive. The hotel is centrally located, but it’s noisy. An emergency light stayed on above my head all night, making it impossible to sleep.

The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, but I ended up leaving my car on the street. I arrived at night and couldn’t park at the hotel. They say parking is available, but it’s two blocks away and closes after 11 PM, so there’s no access after that. We’d asked for a king-size bed and were given a double room instead. For the facilities, I thought the price was too high. The beds are old, the air conditioning setup seems makeshift, and the bathroom is small, basic, and old.

We had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed it, and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable too. The only issue was the air conditioning, but otherwise it was a great stay.
