I couldn't rest on the extremely hard bed, which was covered in hair from previous guests. The shower water wouldn't drain, so it sat there, and the bathroom was in bad shape with other guests' hair all over. When we arrived, the toilet was full of feces, and I had to ask someone to clean it. The room was extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. I tried to switch hotels and cancel, but they refused to refund me even though the room didn't meet basic hygiene and comfort standards. Yamily López
