They allow dogs and the service is very good, which is excellent. But the water stays cold. You can call reception, but it never turns hot, so this isn't the place for you if cold showers aren't okay.

The rooms look good and very hygienic, and everything else is excellent. The two problems are the hot water, which doesn't come out, and the TV, whose controls don't work, so you can't watch anything.

The room and service cost way too much for what you get. There was some kind of water system problem, apparently if other rooms turn on their taps, your water cuts out, and I never got hot water either. I told the room manager, who said they'd look into it, but nothing was fixed. 🤷🏻♂️

The room was clean, and the water was hot. Room service came quickly and the staff were friendly. I'd come back, especially since there were no other rooms available when I visited.

Everything was great until 5 in the morning, when someone came to tell me my time was up, even though I'd booked the room for the night. What!?
