We went for a concert and paid $3,200 for the suite, but it looked like any other room and the TV was too small. It was three stories up with no elevator. Restaurant service took so long that we went somewhere else to eat.

The employees were so kind and helpful, and the service was amazing. Our room was clean and nice. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the clean pool before checkout. I'd stay here again.

The beds were really stiff and leaning on uncomfortable, which is why I'm giving it 4/5 stars. Still, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were great, and the pool was so nice. I didn't try the restaurant, but my friends did and the good looked amazing. I'd 100% stay again!

They let me have my room before check-in time, and helped bring our bags up even though we didn't have many. The room was very clean, and the pool water was warm. Everyone was polite except one of the security guards during the evening. The hotel is near everything, and I'll definitely stay here again when I return. Thank you to all the staff!

The location was very convenient, and the staff were helpful, though the customer service didn't feel convincing. The lobby had an odd smell, and the room was okay, nothing special. I was asked whether I wanted a double or single room, said single, and got a double instead. I might stay again, but I'd think twice.
