It’s in a convenient spot, with almost everything close at hand, and feels safe and reliable. The rooms are clean and smell great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is excellent. I’d happily recommend it.

Bad service overall. They didn’t provide cleaning, even though the contract said breakfast was included, and that turned out to be a lie. The sign advertising laundry service was false too. The owner also came in without knocking.

Comfortable rooms and good service in an excellent location. Works well for a business trip or a vacation.

I loved the terrace, and the location is right in the center, so it's a great place to stay. The service is top-notch, the people are lovely, and the whole place feels pleasant and harmonious. I highly recommend it!

Our theater group stayed here and we were all taken with the place. The person running it was so kind and attentive. She mentioned putting photos of guests on the staircase, and we hope to see ours there next time we visit Querétaro. This is definitely our new regular place to stay when we're in town.
