The staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful, which mattered because there were several problems. Dirty used towels had been folded up for reuse, and dirty sheets hadn’t been changed even though the bed had been made. There was leftover milkshake in the fridge and a used, dirty spoon in the sink. The toilet paper hadn’t been sorted in the way that’s customary in hotels. The air conditioning wasn’t working at first, then was fixed three hours after I arrived. The replacement room had used, dirty towels and sheets on a remade bed too. I’d booked three nights. They offered the first night free and 5,000 bonus points, and while I waited they gave me a bottle of water, a beer, and a packet of Doritos as a courtesy. In the end, it was a disaster. I cut my stay short and got a full cash refund. Despite the pleasant, helpful staff, I’m not going there again.

I spent about three months here, and it worked perfectly for me. The rooms are big and have everything you need. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, especially at the restaurant and reception. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of variety, and each day there are two additional dishes to choose from, also buffet style. There’s a laundry room, a small fitness center, and a heated pool, with a basketball and soccer field out back. It was a satisfying stay, thanks a lot. One suggestion for the hotel owner: invest in new laundry machines, since only two were working properly.

After visiting one of my favorite places in Mexico, the Centro histórico, we spent the night here. We got a two-room suite at an incredible price, with loads of space, a sitting area, a small table, and a kitchenette. There were two bathrooms, and the shower felt like standing under a waterfall. The beds could have been softer, but I was so tired that I didn’t mind. Breakfast was included. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either, and I really liked the coffee. The staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient.

It’s a good hotel, and the staff are lovely, awesome, and helpful. Hopefully they’ll add more food options for Indian guests soon, perhaps since they welcome so many Indian guests from nearby corporates 🙂🙂🙂

The gym is well equipped, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, and there’s free dinner Monday through Thursday. Most of the washers and dryers, though, weren’t working.
