La Casa del Atrio

This is just about the spa and massage. My relative said the woman who looked after her was “amazing.” She felt so relaxed and well cared for that she wants to return. The facilities look great to me and seem well maintained. The downtown location is very convenient, though finding parking can be a bit difficult.

The spacious courtyard smelled wonderful, with jasmine in the air, and there's an honor bar with snacks and drinks available around the clock. We were happy with this boutique hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night, so the next morning we asked for a tour. Perla kindly showed us the other rooms, each with different artwork, antiques, and amenities. They were all unique, so it's worth knowing which one you'd like when you book. I might ask for Room 7 next time. Everyone was accommodating and kind. The internet was a little unreliable, and the hot water was hit or miss. It's a well-loved property, so don't expect everything to be pristine. The location is excellent for Centro Historico, and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Everything else we needed was nearby, and the area and hotel felt safe. Breakfast options include a complimentary continental spread with coffee, tea, and fruit cake, or a menu of local specialties that looked great. We didn't try the spa services, but there are many to choose from. We'd highly recommend staying here.

I loved the relaxing spa and nodded off because I was so at ease. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were wonderful, and the setting was pleasant with amazing nature. Room #10 is my favorite. The location is great for walking around and seeing history in the Centro Plaza. Highly recommend.

Casa del Atrio made our trip to Querétaro, where my wife and I came to explore the city and nearby vineyards, feel warm and relaxing. We loved returning here each day. The communal areas are gorgeous, and we spent hours catching up with a friend in the courtyard. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me plan a wine and bubble bath evening for my wife. I can't recommend the place enough. We'll be back.
