The room was clean, the bed was great, and there was plenty of headroom in the shower. I love this hotel chain and haven't had trouble at any of its places. I keep the noise down, stay discreet, and enjoy myself. This area was also fine with my outfits, especially the ones I can breathe in.

Just three blocks from the Malecon, and the price was reasonable. The hotel feels modern and was very clean. Rooms are on the small side, but they do the job.

Really cheap, and usually very clean. It works well if you'll be out all day and only need somewhere to sleep. The kitchen not being open around the clock is probably the biggest downside.

At $497 a night for a basic room, it's very cheap, and it's okay for a single night if all you need is sleep. I wouldn't stay longer. There's no soap in the bathroom, just the cheap gas station kind of toilet paper. Also, they won't take credit cards even though the sign on the door says “all cards welcome.”

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't come back. There was no parking or hot water despite what was advertised, and the TV had no service and didn't work. The bed frame is cement. The room looked clean when we arrived, then we woke up to a half-dead cockroach. ☹️
