Valhalla Beach House

We couldn’t get any sleep because of the noise. Every morning we were woken at 6:00. The rooms smelled moldy, and the service wasn’t good. We had no power all day and night, which can happen, but they should have told us. We couldn’t use the van or charge our phones. This place costs way too much for what you get. At €20 it might be fine, but they can’t charge that much while putting in so little effort.

We booked several nights but left after the first one. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, and we lost our entire deposit over what they called “using the towels to clean our feet.” Don’t stay here if you want to keep your deposit.

The common areas are beautiful :) But it was loud, felt like a student hostel, and there wasn’t any privacy. Our towels had holes, so guests should get newer ones. There was no wifi in the room or kitchen.

They charged the full stay to my credit card, but at the property we were told cards didn’t work, so we paid the full amount in cash too. I messaged them about getting the money back and still haven’t seen it.
