We worked from the room and took calls with only minor issues and interruptions. The internet was great, which is pretty rare in Puerto, and the rooms are super cute. From the terrace there's a lovely beach view. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even keeping our luggage and going out of their way for us. They speak little English, though, so keep that in mind. It can get a bit noisy because of the highway, but if there are rooms available they'll try to put you on the quiet courtyard side. The pool was lovely, and the location is great: a big supermarket just outside, a really good taco restaurant, and the beach nearby. The main road with collectivos and public transport is close, as is the city center. We'd love to come back!

The heat is horrible in most rooms, which only have ceiling fans that barely work. Only three rooms have A/C. There are no screens on the windows, so you can't leave them open because of the mosquitoes. The online photos are photoshopped. Just horrible.

The location is great, and the cleaning lady is very powerful. But the hotel is badly neglected, and the admin is very rudeza. There are lots of power outages, no mosquito screens on the windows, and the pool needs to be repaved immediately. The bathroom doors need fixing too.

The pool looked unhygienic and in really poor shape, and the rooms were basic. The whole area was covered in trash, with abandoned houses around. The view was terrible too. I wouldn't recommend visiting.

The pool was tiny and badly situated, but the worst part was checking in. When I arrived for my booking, a very rude woman acted like she couldn't understand me and said there were no rooms left. I had to keep insisting before she gave my money back. A really bad experience.
