The customer service was really poor.

The rooms were clean, with full bathrooms, hot water and comfortable mattresses. The beach is walkable, plenty of places are nearby, and the receptionist and staff were very friendly. But several of us were bitten by something other than mosquitoes overnight, and we got rashes from the mattresses. We were also charged for a device that was already broken when we arrived. Apart from that, everything was excellent for the price.

The room is simple, but it has what you need for a few days. If you're after a decent place to spend the night at a fair price, this is it. It's right in the main area of Puerto Escondido. Recommended.

Whenever I visit Puerto, I stay at this hotel. The rooms have what you need, with either air conditioning or a fan. It's close to the main beaches, so you can stroll along the shore and enjoy the attractions and restaurants.

It's easy to walk to Carrizalillo Beach, Manzanillo Beach and the main bay from here. You can pick up breakfast at the empanada stand on the way to the beaches, and the bus station nearby has trips to Puerto Ángel, Mazunte and Zipolite. The service was excellent and everything was very clean.
