It's a friendly, laid-back hostel with lovely shared spaces. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, with free drinking water and coffee. Our double room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the fan worked really well. Showers are cold, though that wasn't much of an issue in the heat. The staff were great about arranging mopeds and sharing local tips. They were especially helpful when my partner lost his glasses in the sea and they explained how to get replacements. The main downside is how far out it is, down some dark roads. As a woman traveling alone, I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable walking back after dark. If you’re fine riding a moped or traveling with a group, it’s a good choice.

Really calm, welcoming place, with an amazing all female staff and a great atmosphere. The free morning coffee was a nice touch, and there’s a kitchen too. I’d definitely recommend it if you want somewhere relaxed to hang out.

It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach, but I’d definitely come back for the peaceful vibe. The hostel itself is beautiful, super nice, and has lots of spots to relax. Receptionist Jose was kind and helpful, and you can rent a scooter there too.

The place was so clean and open, it felt like being in a movie. We felt right at home. José, who worked there, was especially welcoming and friendly.

The staff were wonderful, and I loved the cats. The rooftop and shared spaces on every floor worked well for both hanging out with people and relaxing. There were several bathrooms and a decent kitchen. The dorm's top bunk felt precarious, like I could roll out, and there was no privacy. The fans were really loud. Mangoes kept dropping onto the roof with a huge bang day and night, waking people up. I'd recommend staying when it's not mango season.
